The DNS Server is a component from the Clever Internet Suite library.
This component implements a server for the DNS (Domain Name Server) protocol. The Dns Server component manages DNS records of different types as specified in RFC 1034, 1035, 1183, 1591, 1995, 2065 and 2181.

Available in .NET, VCL and ActiveX editions.

Event-driven architecture for managing DNS zone records

The Dns Server component provides advanced set of events to request both handed and cached DNS information, manage DNS records and other operations.

All these events allow you to work with zone information in-memory and read manually from, e.g., file or database.

Using the DnsFileHandler component you can automatically handle all these events and allow server to manage DNS zone files on the disk.
